So most people find that eating healthy can be pretty daunting and challenging. It's agreeable that it's bland and boring. What do we think of? Salad, salad, salad? No carbs? It doesn't have to be that way. We're missing out on the fact that salad can be just as fun as cooking/making/serving other meals.
Here's a list of creative salad dishes that all of us can enjoy, guaranteed to make us feel satisfied.
1) Roasted cauliflower with almonds, cranberries and yoghurt
2) BBQ Salmon and crispy chickpeas
3) Smoked salmon with whole grain and red onions
